Director
Markella Spiratos, MPT, MCMT
Markella has been a physical therapist for over 14 years and has gained considerable personal satisfaction helping hundreds of people recover from their injuries and illness. She has been an active member of Hands-On Physical Therapy for over 6 years and has been the Executive Director of our Bayside clinic.
Ms. Spiratos received her advanced Physical Therapy degree at Hunter College. She is also certified in treatment with patients with Vestibular disorders.
Mrs. Spiratos treats patients with neurological, orthopedic and sports injuries.
She has worked as a Senior Physical Therapist at the renowned Rusk Institute. She was also a clinical instructor at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
Markella believes that prevention is better than the cure. To this end she takes an active interest in evaluating work areas to determine what improvements can be made that would help prevent injuries in the future.

Marizza Dulfo, PT, MCMT
Marizza Dulfo is a licensed Physical Therapist who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from De LaSalle University, Philippines in 1998. Her professional work experience spans over 8 years, which includes different orthopedic and neurological impairments. She is a certified Manual Therapist (MCMT) and is currently working in the Bayside Clinic. She continues to strive for academic and professional excellence.

Stephanie Noone, PT, MCMT
Stephanie has both degrees in Biopsychology and Physical Therapy, the latter completed in Touro College. She has had vast experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and has previously worked at St. Vincent’s Hospital and with pediatrics in early-intervention treatment centers.
She has taken multiple continuing education courses in orthopedic and neurological PT and is a Certified Manual Therapist with a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT).
She is an avid Marathon runner, having competed in four NYC Marathons.

Christine L. Cajara, PT, MCMT
Christine has received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in from RTRMF in the Philippines. She has been awarded with the Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT) and believes in effective rehabilitation through extensive training, experience and good communication. Currently, she is working her way to learn other foreign languages like Spanish and Greek.
