Director
Krista Fay, PT, DPT, MCMT
Krista graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been a part of the Hands-On team since then; starting as a staff Physical Therapist and excelling to becoming the current Executive Director of the 78th Street Manhattan Clinic. She has a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy (MCMT) and is skilled in a number of other techiniqes including Trigger Point and Myofascial Therapy, Muscle Energy techniques, Manipulation and Mobilization of the Neural Tissue. Krista is an athlete herself and works tirelessly to achieve the purpose of the company; “Satisifed patients whose lives have been improved through our services” with each and every patient.

Eva Larino, PT, DPT
Eva is one of our key therapists in our 78th Street clinic. She is fluent in Spanish and English, graduating from Dominican College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has had good relevant experience in the acute healthcare setting. She has also had good experience in out-patient orthopedics and various group exercise classes.
She is a member of the APTA and has completed post-graduate education on spinal cord injuries.

Graziella Stopka Sanchez, PT Gachi, as her patients call her is a Physical Therapy graduate from the University of Montana. She was an owner of Rock Physical Therapy Associates, P.C. and has now joined the Hands-On Physical Therapy team of professional bringing both her clinical and administrative expertise to Hands-On. Gachi, is fluent in Spanish and English and, 15 year clinical experience with emphasis in manual physical therapy make her capable of handling a large panorama of patient ailments. Gachi loves the challenge to treat difficult or unresolved pain management patient cases.
